Refund & Return Policy

At Aadens, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund policy (only applicable to orders non-fufilled), beginning from the date of purchase. However, we are unable to offer a refund if we have already sent out the product for shippment.

In certain cases, Aadens may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent within 14 days after a return address is provided, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions. Please note we are not responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@aadens.com.

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Aadens is not liable for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued.

Similarly, any selections made at checkout—including (but not limited to) product type, variant, size, or color—are considered final after the 24-hour change window, and we are unable to provide refunds for errors made during checkout. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility and promptly resend your order at no additional cost.
